If your files are bigger than 2mb, it may be better to use our Upload Page as some E-mail servers have limits to the size of their attachments.

Alternatively, if you have an MSN Messenger account, you may send Files, Instant Messages, Audio Conversations or Video Conference with us using our Contact address : bookshopsonline@hotmail.com

Your Book Listings

If you are new to bookselling, you will need to compile a database of your books. We can recommend HomeBase and BookList for this task. HomeBase is free to use.

Connecting to your Website

You may connect to your website with the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. However you may want to use some dedicated FTP (File Transfer Protocol) software that will offer features such as Timed Uploads, Automatic Retries etc. We can recommend WS_FTP LE and 3d ftp for this task. WS_FTP LE is a simple, free to use program. 3d ftp has more features and must be paid for.

Your Book and Website Images

In order to format your book and website images, you will need to install Imaging software on your PC. Imaging software allows you to resize and compress your images so that they are suitable for viewing on a web page.

We can recommend EasyImage as a basic program for this task. For more advanced image editing software we can recommend Paintshop Pro. If you have thousands of book images that need reformatting, then the Jasc Image Robot will do them all in a batch.
